Chris Stump

Chris has worked in Accounting, Finance and Human Resource roles for over 30 years and now practices in Indianapolis. The first half of his career provided experience and Fortune 200 Best Practices with companies such as EY, Cummins Engine and Corning Inc.

Six of those 1st 15 years included a small business unit that provided business experience to taking Fortune 200 Best Practices and making them digestible for small and mid-market companies.  It also provided insight to the optimal results deriving from synergized Accounting, Finance, and Human Resource functions.  Those strategic and synergized practices lead that business unit to a 250% increase in profit and cash flow with more efficient business functions while improving employee morale by 40% as documented in the employee survey conducted by an independent third party.

The 2nd half of his career has been focused on bringing those practices to small and mid-market companies customized to each one’s unique cultural and business needs. He has decades of experience in supervising and performing Payroll, Accounts Receivable and Payable, Audit and Tax Compliance, Budgets and Forecast, Bank and Investor Relations, and Performance Management.  His unique blend of accounting, finance and human resource skills have allowed him to perform CFO services to lead dozens of organizations through a transformational journey that improves both financial and mental well-being of the company as a whole and the team members making up that company.
